At Jimorayoh we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, here is our policy:

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed. After this time, orders are processed promptly and we are unable to guarantee cancellations.

To request a cancellation within the allowed timeframe, please contact us immediately via the WhatsApp chat button on our website or email hello@jimorayoh.co.uk with your order number and reason for cancellation.

 

Return Policy

Eligibility

• Products must be returned within 28 days of delivery.

• For a full refund, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Free gifts, promotional items or items included “gift-with-purchase” must also be returned unused/unopened, otherwise only an exchange or store credit will apply.

 

Returns process

• To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and reason for return. You will receive a prepaid return label from Jimorayoh (return shipping is free for all eligible items).

• Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process the refund to your original payment method. This may take up to 5 – 10 working days after receipt.

 

Other conditions

This policy applies only to purchases made via our website jimorayoh.co.uk.

Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount will be refunded at the price paid at checkout.
